BNPS’s Got Talent!

Calling all students from Year 2 to 6 - registrations are now open for the Talent Quest at the 2020 BNPS Fete. Any budding performers are encouraged to join in on the day with comedy, music, singing, drama, dance or any routine of choice. A parent must be the primary form of contact to sign up each act - please CLICK/TAP HERE to fill out the form including the name of the act, all performers and if any music accompaniment is required. Please note:

• Performers are expected to rehearse on their own time to prepare for the event.
• Students are expected to care for their own equipment/props during the event.
• Maximum time is 3 mins per act.
• Maximum members is 6 per act.

FINAL Fete Donation Drop Off – Sunday 1 March

Friendly reminder that our FINAL Fete Donation Drop Off Day is being held this Sunday (1 March) from 10am - 12pm. Please drop items off (see list below) at the under school entrance (oval end between the two main buildings). Please note that ALL second-hand items must be clean, saleable and in good working order - it is costly for the school to arrange disposal of unsaleable goods and takes up the precious time of our volunteers!

We are happy to collect anything apart from books and CD/DVDs!

Trash & Treasure

Unwanted, unloved items such as homewares, jewellery, tools etc.

Toys and Games

Secondhand toys, teddies, soft toys, bikes, scooters, board games etc. 

Clothing

We would love donations of brand name items of clothing and shoes of all sizes that are in excellent condition.

Other Items

We also need clean empty jars, filled jars for the ‘Lucky Jars’ stall, coat hangers and ribbon, twine & small plastic bags for the bake stall.

Fete Raffle – 3 great prizes to be won!

A book of 10 raffle tickets ($2 each) has been sent home for you to buy or sell to friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues. All ticket butts and correct monies must be returned to the Office by Friday 13 March.

Payment can be made using Qkr > School Events, however the ticket butts MUST be returned to the Office to be included in the draw. Additional books are available from the Office – Fete dollars for the most tickets sold!!! Please return any tickets that you are unable to sell ASAP so that these may be sold by others. Fete Ride Wristbands – ON SALE NOW!

Fete Ride Wristbands for unlimited rides at the Fete are now on sale for the Early Bird price of $35 until 4pm Friday 6 March. Purchase your tickets NOW via Qkr > School Events > Fete Ride Wristband - we can't wait to see the excitement on the kids' faces when they see that their oval has been transformed into their very own amusement park!

Each week one lucky Early Bird Fete Ride Wristband purchase will win a VIP Pass which will allow the holder to skip to the front of any ride queue! Winners will be notified at Assembly on Monday 9 March. To enter you simply need to purchase a Wristband during the Early Bird discount period.

​Wristbands for family and friends can be purchased via your Qkr account. Alternatively, family and friends can order via Qkr using a ‘non-student’ profile or phone the Office on 9589 5449.

Ride Wristbands will be available for $40 from Saturday 7 March to 3pm Friday 13 March, and for $45 on the day of the Fete.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Wristbands will be available for collection from 9am on Fete day (14 March) at the Ticket Tent on the School Oval.
• Height & age restrictions apply for some rides as outlined below:
  • Sizzler/Cha Cha (8 year – adult, 110 - 130cm must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Pirate Ship (6 year – adult, 110 - 120cm must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Dodgem Cars (4 year – adult, 100 - 130cm must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Chair O Plane (3 - 14 year olds)
  • Rocket Inflatable Slide (3 - 14 year olds)
• Single ride tickets will be available for purchase on the day - $9 for the large rides, $6 for the small.
• Tickets & wristbands are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Rides will operate from 10am - 3pm.

Our Amazing Stalls - only 1 to fill!

We only have 1 stall left to fill for our upcoming Fete (14 March 2020)! Please grab a group of friends and click on the link below to sign up – we can’t do it without you! 

Mini Golf or Hole In One - create a mini golf course or a hole in one, the choice is yours but as an idea, land/stop a golf ball on top of a laminated picture of a $5 or $10 note and you win that amount!
