Australian Ballet Company Visit

This week, the Australian Ballet Company visited St Brendan’s over two days. 

The 3/4 and 5/6 students were treated to workshops and a performance. 

The performance, ‘The Story of Pomi & Gobba’ was performed by Dan and Sophie who have visited hundreds of schools all around Australia as part of Storytime Ballet. 

This story is based on the Wiradjuri Dreamtime story ‘Gobbagumbalun and Pomingalarna’ which is local to the NSW city of Wagga Wagga. 

The students got to ask lots of questions and enjoyed the show.
