Thank-you to everyone who attended the first PC meeting of Term 3. We have lots on this term and planning is well underway for all the father’s day stalls and breakfast. The stall will be held a week prior to father’s day to accommodate Graded 3 & 4 student who are on camp, but the father’s day breakfast will be run the Friday morning before father’s day.
Fundraising update
Year to date, the PC has raised $14,872 through our events and community services. These funds are directed back into projects and activities that directly benefit our children and school community.
The NED Show
The NED Show came to CJC to highlight resilience via yo-yos, the PC continue to sell Yo-yos on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week after school from 3.30 to 4 pm www.theNEDshow.com
2023 September School Arts Festival
The School has an ambitious Arts Festival planned for Friday 8th August, 2023 from 2.30 – 7.00. The PC is supporting the school by arranging catering at the event and we will assist with communicating about the event and preparing your performers for the big day. More information to follow.
Volunteering
The Parent’s Committee will now use the Sign-Up online platform to manage and streamline volunteering at the school. In terms 3 and 4 we have a number of events planned where parent volunteers are needed and we hope that this new platform and advance notice will assist families to better plan when they might be able to volunteer at school:
