Surfside Concert

Dear Surfside families,

With great excitement, we are approaching the much-anticipated time of our school concert! Our talented students from each grade have been putting in tremendous effort, practicing diligently to showcase their amazing performances on stage. The students with speaking roles have been hard at work, learning their lines and perfecting their character portrayals. It has truly been a remarkable group effort, and we are thrilled to share the progress they've made!

As we move closer to the big day, we wanted to provide you with some essential information about costumes. Each grade will have a unique theme and corresponding costume to complement the song they'll be performing. To help you prepare, we have attached a list of the costumes for each grade, so you can plan accordingly.

Please take some time to check the attached list to determine the specific costume your child will need. We encourage you to explore your closets or visit local thrift shops to find suitable costumes that align with the theme. It's always amazing to see the creativity and resourcefulness of our parent community in bringing the students' visions to life.

For those students who have been assigned speaking roles and specific characters to portray, there's no need to worry about the grade's costume. Instead, they can focus solely on dressing up as their designated characters. This means no costume changes will be required on the nights of the performances.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and encouragement in nurturing your child's artistic talents. The school concert is a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their hard work and dedication, and we can't wait for you all to witness their performances.
