Faith at St Joseph's

Opening School Mass:

Last Friday we celebrated our Opening School Mass in our beautiful Prayer Garden. Fr. Michael began the Mass with a blessing of the Prayer Garden, our memorial relic as well as the students, parents and staff.

Mrs Espenschied spoke about the memorial relic and its historical significance and importance to our school. Our Mass theme centred around our new school positive behaviour approach of be respectful, be encouraging and be inspiring. Our school leaders joined with Fr. Michael in explaining what these values mean to them.

We also presented the badges to our school leaders who we know will do an amazing job as leaders at St. Joseph’s.

Well done to the school choir lead by Tayah Carr who sang so beautifully.
