This week in the Junior Unit we have been learning about the seasons and the weather that corresponds with each. We completed a Seasons page which showed a drawing to represent each season. As part of our work on ‘autumn’, we read a book called ‘Leaf Man’ and discussed the leaf characters that we could see in each illustration. We then created our own piece of autumn leaf artwork to enter into the Kyneton Autumn Flower Show in the Children’s section. If you would like to see our artwork, it will be on display in the Watt’s Pavilion, Mollison St, Kyneton on Saturday 6th April and Sunday 7th April.
