Can you please help us....?

Lunch orders and special lunch day food is going to the wrong class due to incorrect homegroup information in QKR profiles.

If you use QKR for the Canteen, could you please check that the Homegroup listed for your child/ren is correct.

Go to the QKR App…choose Woodend Primary School and then select the ‘Profile’ tab. All your children will be listed on this page and their year level and homegroup will be visible. If it isn’t correct, please click on each one to change. If you don’t know their correct homegroup, either call us, ask your child or logon to Compass to find out.

Lunches will always be delivered to the homegroup listed on their QKR profile, regardless of which tub their lunchbag was put into.

YEAR 6 CAMP PAYMENTS

Thank you to those families who have made full or periodic payments towards the cost for Year 6 Camp. Everyone has already paid the $40 deposit with the remaining balance of $460 due to be paid in full by the first week back in Term 2, Wed 25th April.   Total Cost: $500

Payment can be made via Compass if you are making ONE final payment of $460, or via QKR if you are making part payments. Please contact the office if special arrangements need to be discussed.

Lost Property

Lost property is sorted weekly and named items returned to their owner via the class teacher, therefore the best way to get back lost property is to NAME IT before you wear it! As the volume and diversity of lost property at this school is huge, we are unable to retain unnamed items for any length of time. As a result, any unnamed items including school uniform, will be removed from lost property each term and donated appropriately. Lost property is stored in front of the uniform shop. We encourage you to firstly name your property and if it is lost, check the lost property area promptly.
