Parents and guardians, it is important to have conversations with our young people at present, not just about COVID19 latest statistics of the day, etc, but conversations about how they are coping. The questions below may provide a good basis for these conversations when reflecting on their experience from lockdown 2020. It is also helpful to normalize that at this time there may be some challenging emotions about the world around them.
