Sweet Treats for fun
Guest Chef Jack
Hi,
It’s Katie here from the Food Tech Department at Viewbank. I thought I would share with you a super easy recipe to make a yummy Muesli, that year 8 students normally get to make at school, when they are learning about the importance of eating a balanced breakfast.
The recipe can be changed up to what you have on hand. I added some walnuts to mine to give it another layer of crunch.
The only rule is to not add the dried fruit to the cooking stage.
Have fun with it make it your own.
If you are reading this and we are still in lockdown, it makes a nice gift to put in a jar an drop off at your neighbours door.
