The College would like to extend a huge thankyou to all businesses involved in hosting our students.  The effort and time necessary to take on a student is immense and we sincerely appreciate it.  The learning that our students take away from this experience is proving to be extremely valuable.

Term 3

During this term, students have either chosen another employer or decided to remain at the current business.  We gave the students some questions to answer on why they chose the area of work experience and their thoughts.

Year 10 Students

During Term 4, all Year 10 students will be required to participate in the Work Experience Program. The program provides an invaluable opportunity for students to learn and develop some of the many skills they need for employment.

The Work Experience Program will take place in the last two weeks of Term 4 2021, Week 9: Monday 6th – Friday 10th December AND (OPTIONAL) Week 10: Monday 13th – Thursday 16th December.

Students and parents are responsible for sourcing the work experience placements and this can be done either as one placement for Week 9 only; a full fortnight placement; or two separate 1 week placements. Students are encouraged not to use family businesses or previous work placement.
