Muresk/ Dowerin Tour

All Year 11 students visited Muresk Institute in Northam  to undertake a taster course to highlight potential post school options available in the agricultural industry.  Students also had the opportunity to meet Sally Panizza,  the Director of Agricultural Education.

Students cooked a great BBQ for tea before completing the final project for the night which was team building with spaghetti and marshmallow, some students chose to eat the building material instead of building a tower. Well done to the tower builders who received chocolates.

The next day students attended the Dowerin Machinery Field Day to observe current trends and emerging technologies in agriculture and to support the College Fencing Team and Sheep Judging competition.
