Amy is a person of high integrity and Christian character. Her strengths in curriculum leadership and expectations of high standards among staff are evident, and her warm personality shines through as she gets to know the teams she leads. We believe Amy has the skill and determination to grow into this important role and that her appointment at Oxley will be accompanied by God’s anointing.

A firmly committed Christian, Amy has been involved in church plants, children’s ministries, church youth groups and missions trips, and is a member of the Pakenham Christian Assembly.

Amy has been a board member of an international Christian school and has previously taught in government and other Christian schools in Victoria. She holds a B.Ed. from Melbourne University achieving High Distinctions over the four-year degree. She has completed the Worldview Assumptions in Education Unit at Morling College with a Distinction.

It is evident Amy is an insightful and practical leader and is highly regarded as a considerate and creative teacher. Her relationship with parents is one of warm professional distance and courtesy.

It is my pleasure, therefore, to warmly welcome Amy to the Oxley Christian College community in the New Year.
