There have been many videos made to help show boys how to do a home work-out. The focus of these programs is building strength.

Throughout Term 2, Mr Laska has been coaching our class to workout in our backyards. He shows us some videos Mr Brown made on how to do step ups, push ups, lunges, tricep push-ups, planks and squats. Our class would meet virtually once every week and do 3 sets of those exercises.
The exercises start off with a warm-up of every exercise for about 3 minutes, before we move on to push ups, 12 times, then lunges, a 30 second plank, where everyone gets an option to stretch their arms forward and lift their legs up, squats, step-ups, and finally, tricep push-ups.
After a while the exercises proved very helpful. Many people in our class saw that they were stronger and fitter, and a lot of us were finding the exercises getting easier the more we did them. Our calls would end with Mr Laska teaching us how to juggle. So far a lot of us are getting better at it.
