Book Week

Book Week is being celebrated this year from the 20th to 26th August. Part of our celebrations this year include a dress up day for Prep to Year 6 on Tuesday the 23rd August. Children can come to school dressed as their favourite book character. We have started looking at some of the nominated books during Library time. Over the last week we have been reading and enjoying activities for the book Stellarphant by James Foley. Stellarphant is shortlisted for Picture Book of the Year.

Preschool Storytime

We are excited to be able to welcome families back for our Preschool Storytime. All welcome, we would love to see you there.

Premiers Reading Challenge

The Premiers Reading Challenge is closing at the end of this month. Congratulations to those students who have completed the challenge. Those who haven’t quite finished, there is still time. Don’t forget to go to the reading challenge site to log your books. If you can’t remember your login details (they will be different to your school login) Mrs. Nield can help  you.
