Presentation Evening Thursday 9 December

Recent changes in the DET Operational guidelines now allow us to run the event onsitewith COVIDSafe requirements in place.  Whilst under normal circumstances we would welcome all students and families to attend the event, there will only be limited tickets available through COMPASS Tix. These will become available at 6.00pm this evening (Mon 6/12). Families of award recipients will be emailed the link this afternoon. We ask that families select a maximum of two tickets.

Year 7 and 8 Presentation Evening- Thursday December 9th

Families must arrive by 5.45pm to allow for QR Code check in vaccination status check

6.00-7.00pm

Year 9 and 10 Presentation Evening- Thursday December 9th

Families must arrive by 7.15pm to allow for QR Code check in vaccination status check

7.30- 9.00pm

Families of students who are receiving awards on the night have been emailed.

If your child is an awardee and unable to attend Presentation evening, can you please let Peter Bartlett know ASAP. peter.bartlett@education.vic.gov.au

All awardees will be involved in a compulsory rehearsals on Thursday.

Session 3= Years 7 and 8 rehearsal

Session 4= Years 9 and 10 rehearsal

Please note the COVIDSafe Operational Guidelines below:

• Parents, carers and other adult need to show evidence of vaccination on arrival.
• Parents are required to adhere to COVIDSafe requirements; physical distancing, face mask requirements, respiratory etiquette and good hand hygiene.
• Parents and must check in using the QR Code system
• Parents / carers and students remain at home and get tested, even with the mildest of symptoms, and that people who are unwell do not attend school site
