FILM COMPETITION

3in6 Draws the Crowds

91 students participated in this year’s 3in6 film competition. By the end of the day, a total of 23 films were submitted for judgement. This was an all-time box office record at Kew High School. The clues in this year’s competition were the object “tie” and the phrase, “Say hello to my little friends.”

The students involved had a terrific day. They were able to work with their friends to create, script, film and edit a short film. Even some busy teachers got to feature in a few of the films.

The screening, a few weeks later, drew a big crowd. The winners and runners-up were announced. Prizes and certificates were handed out. Thanks to the judges Mr Bennett, Mr Ferretti, Mr Tran and Mr Gesundheit and thanks to all of the students who participated. You were all winners.
