It has been tremendous to see the smiling faces of our Saltwater students during their face-to-face PE sessions over the past fortnight. We have enjoyed playing some of our favourite games/activities while revising a multitude of skills/movement patterns.

Overview  

Students across the school have been focused on the following over the past two weeks:

Prep-6: Revision and assessment of a range of Fundamental Motor Skills (FMS) and associated games/activities 

‘Year 1’s revising their throwing and catching in the Saltwater College gymnasium’ 

Softball Australia Sessions

Softball Australia’s national participation program, 'Softball Batter Up', is designed to be fun, flexible and engaging for children from kindergarten age to Year Six; focusing on fun activities while learning basic throwing, catching and striking skills. If you are aged four to eight years of age and would like to give softball a go, please check out the details below:

Please note: This term’s Prep to Year Four Intensive Swimming Programs have been cancelled due to the impacts of COVID-19.
