2021 Graduation Awards

It was a wonderful Graduation evening at the new Wirreanda Secondary School Performing Arts Centre, to celebrate the achievements of our Year 6/7 students who are heading off to different High Schools in 2022.
Georgia Usher, an ‘old’ scholar of Hackham East was our past Graduate to present an inspiring speech to our new Graduates. Georgia talked about the HEPS school values and how they had supported her to gain confidence to take on leadership positions in High School and how her persistence and resilience supported her High School journey, culminating with her being DUX of Wirreanda Secondary School in 2020 and now studying Occupational Therapy at University. Thank you, Georgia, for your inspiring words for our graduating students.
Thank you to all of the families and staff who attended and to Kas Hillan, Mr Cronin and Nick for their support and organisation of the evening.
