The Fathering Project

We thought this might help during a challenging time for both schools and families. To show our support we’re offering one of our highly regarded resources for free just in time for the school holidays. Our dads and kids’ activity ideas booklet can be downloaded now. Inside there are 20 low or no cost activities for families to do together at home. You’re welcome to share directly with your school community.

The Fathering Project is a secular, research-based, not-for-profit organisation that provides programs, resources, and events specific to the engagement style of fathers and father figures. We’re part funded by the Commonwealth Government and currently patnering with hundreds of Australian schools to build communities of positively engaged dads for the benefit of their families.

Free fun with the Parliament of NSW

Monday 27 and Wednesday 29 September and Friday 1 October

For children up to 12 years

Visit Australia’s oldest Parliament via ZOOM this school holidays for free fun, educational activities for children and families.

We have three sessions over three days planned including storytelling, a virtual guided tour through the chambers and a special cultural session with Mirri Mirri. Link for bookings: Free Family Fun with the Parliament of NSW – Parliament of New South Wales
