Introducing our School Council Members 

Amith Nag Dasari, Community School Council Member

I am pleased to introduce myself Amith Nag Dasari, a member of the NMPS School Council from the Community. I am of Indian ethnicity and come from South Central Hyderabad city. I am very proud to be a part of this prestigious more than a century-old school.

I am married to Shilpa in 2003 (18+ years of successful marriage) and have two sons Shreyansh 14 and Suryansh 10. Shreyansh graduated from NMPS in 2019 and moved to University High School. I work as a freelance English Trainer and Consultant helping international students. I have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and started my career as a University Lecturer. At the start of 2002, I travelled to the UK (London) and studied & worked till the end of 2007. I returned to India and lived there till 2017. Here I established a Production house and scripted, directed and produced many advertisements, short films, documentaries (animated and live). Later in 2010 I established an Early learning Childhood Centre and in 2012 a college for Year 11 & 12 ( equivalent to VCE). I came to Australia in 2017 and lived in Craigieburn where I have a house. In 2019 I moved to North Melbourne to explore city life.

All my life I have been eager to learn and explore new areas. My motto is: one life, enjoy

and explore it to the fullest 

Whatever we do and learn we should pour our heart into it. The sky is the limit, get to know everything you can and contribute to the well being of humanity. I believe, the moulding starts from the early years of schooling and makes us what we are today and in future. My amalgamation with the education field is not limited and been with students of all ages, from pre-school until postgraduates, I interacte with everyone.

My journey with NMPS started with the Parents & Friends Committee and I found an enthusiastic atmosphere for our community. This has driven me to embrace NMPS and will strive for the wellness of the school, its students and community. I am very easily approachable and can mingle with one and all, alike. I like to develop oneness and face the future. I love coffee and can socialise henceforth.
