Year 7 Food Technology

After the much needed term break, students prepared their favourite foods for the first week of Term 4. The photos are evidence of students practising their cooking skills and enjoying their food preparations. Week 2 students made Spicy Tortilla triangles, just a fancy name for Nachos really. Term 4 will be busy as we will be making yo-yos, biscuits, spaghetti bolognaise, frittatas and of course Christmas cooking in the coming weeks. We all are looking forward to welcoming them back to the Brookside Kitchen.
