Will Hamilton (11 Jenkin), Sophie Mayes (10 Jones) and Ava Griffin (10 Aherne)
On Thursday 16th September, Will Hamilton, Sophie Mayes and Ava Griifin competed at A Grade level in the Octo finals in the Debaters Association of Victoria competition. They debated the negative case on the topic - ‘That we should criminalise failure to report evidence of serious crimes to the police.’
They won the debate by one point and will progress to the Quarter finals in October. Congratulations on this very fine achievement.
