Science Week at Hampstead Primary
Hampstead Primary School celebrated science week with a BANG!! It commenced with a performance from Dr Quark and his Scientific Circus, where all the students were immersed in the tricks and acts that surrounded the wonderful world of science.
Over the course of the week the Upper Primary students delivered science lessons across the school engaging our Junior and Middle Primary students, immersing them in the world of science.
To complete our science week celebrations, the Upper Primary Students presented their research surrounding the theme of ‘Sustainability’. The West Wing students saw this topic as vitally important to them and the rest of the school community. They wanted to share the importance of looking after our Earth, which they did through the utilization of 3D models, a variety of robotics and table activities creating an engaging Science Fair that was experienced by both students and teachers.
