October in World Mental Health Month.

This month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing and gives us the opportunity to understand the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives, and encourages help seeking behaviours when needed. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for managing our mental health so we encourage you to Look after your mental health this October, and every month!
