Chaplaincy news
Claire Cheeseman, School Chaplain
It has been a whirlwind of three years here at Shelford as a School Chaplain and I’ve been so grateful to all the opportunities that I have had and relationships I have built within our community. I’m off to a new adventure; firstly, six-months backpacking around Europe. I’m very grateful that Erin Juers will be stepping into the role of School Chaplain, continuing to build up engagement with faith at Shelford. A big thank you and best wishes to all, it has been a huge honour to be able to work at Shelford.
God of Love,
I thank you for the time of Chaplaincy and all that has occurred while I’ve had the privilege to be on staff.
I now ask that you bless Erin Juers as she steps into this role, filling her with your strength and perseverance. Fill her afresh with your passion and love for others as she seeks to support the Shelford community.
We pray for more opportunities to see faith grow and shift hearts at Shelford. We ask that you give students curious minds, open to exploring the world and finding comfort in a higher power.
Amen
