Naidoc Week

NAIDOC DAY!

Last Tuesday Marian Catholic College celebrated NAIDOC. The staff and students enjoyed a dance from St Pat’s Aboriginal Students and they also had the pleasure of meeting and listening to Scott Darlow. 

Year 12 students also has a sausage sizzle for everyone to enjoy. The staff and students had a wonderful day with laughter and learning.

I would like to thank everyone that was involved especially the Indigenous students at Marian for stepping up and taking ownership of an important day in our culture, well done.
