Congratulations Lachie and Riley

A massive congratulations to Year 11 student, Lachie for winning the 2023 Australian Formula 4 Power Boat Championships 

Lachie travelled to Moree for the Australian Formula Powerboat Grand Prix and came away with a third for the Moree race meet, second in the AFPGP series and first for the Australian Championship.

Not to be outdone by her big brother, after three first finishes, Riley came away with a third for the meet and a second overall in the Australian Formula 3 Powerboat Championship, just missing out by 5 points. A very successful effort!

The 2023 season of Australian Formula Powerboat Racing has been a huge learning curve for Lachie, Riley and the team at Bride Racing. Understanding the boat, getting the best out of the engine, and working together as a team has been both challenging and extremely rewarding.
