How to Make a Biz-E-Kidz Payment
You will now have received your first statement from Biz – E – Kidz for the year via email. To make a payment, please pay in the same way that you pay any school fees at the school office.
Paying by Bpay
As our payments go through the school, your individual customer and the school’s BPay number are available by contacting the school on 9329 6902 or north.melbourne.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au These numbers are also on the fee statement issued by the school at the beginning of the year.
As there is no way that the school is able to see what the money paid via BPay is for specifically, we ask that families email the school on north.melbourne.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au to inform them that the payment made is for Biz - E - Kidz, what the Biz - E - Kidz family ID number is and how much they have paid.
Upcoming Important Dates: Autumn Holiday Program
Biz – E – Kidz will be running our Autumn holiday Program during the upcoming school holidays 8th – 18th April and pupil free day 26th April. Please note, we will be closed on the public holidays Friday 19th April, Monday 22nd April and Thursday 25th April.
Monday 4th March: Program Plan Release.
The holiday Program will be released and available at Biz – E – Kidz, in the following newsletter and via email. If you’d like to join our email list, contact us on the addresses below
Tuesday 12th March: Bookings open.
Holiday program bookings open, bookings can be made by returning the booking form to Sharon, Kelly Libby, Ace, Niamh, Toby or Indi at Biz-E-Kidz.
Friday 15th March: bookings close.
Bookings can still be made after this date, but will be subject to availability and will not be eligible to be considered in the first round of priority of access.
Week beginning 18th March: Bookings confirmed
Places in the holiday program or on the wait list will be mailed to families this week.
Friday 29th March: Deposits are due
All holiday program deposits and before and aftercare fees are due. Any changes to bookings can be made up until this date without incurring a fee. Biz – E – Kidz reserves the right to decline your booking if all fees are unpaid by the due date.
After School Care is Booked Out on Tuesdays
Please note that we are unable to offer any permanent or casual bookings for Tuesday after school care at the moment due to the service having reached capacity. We are working to rectify this; in the meantime we have places for all other sessions.
