Mentor Groups and House Points

The House Points system is a way for students to earn points towards the House Cup which, at the end of the year, is awarded to the House with the most points.

House points can be earned by:

-participating in, and winning events such as the House Swimming and Athletics Carnivals and South Oakleigh’s Got Talent

-  fundraising

- individual merit points given by teachers to students who uphold the College values

The race for the House Cup is extremely close this year:

Acacia – 1750    

Grevillea – 1710 

Banksia – 1375   

 Waratah – 1245

The  final big event for the year is South Oakleigh’s Got Talent,  held on Friday 20 September. 500 Points will be awarded to the winning House.
