Pathways for Carers

The Pathway for Carers program offers carers of people with a disability or a mental health issue, an opportunity to share walks with other carers and to learn more about news, services, and support available to carers.

The Pathways for Carers program takes carers on an accessible walk through a local walking trail and ends at a local cafe. Participants only require a reasonable level of fitness to complete the gentle walk led by an experienced lead carer. Carers can enjoy a complimentary coffee and cake at a local café as they listen to a guest speaker provide information on a nominated topic.
