Volunteers Needed: STJ Bunnings Sausage Sizzle - Saturday 7 August 2021

Dear STJ Community

We are delighted to share the news that we have been offered a lucrative spot for a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle fundraiser on Saturday August 7 at their Moorabbin Store (Warragul Road). As we all know, there is nothing better than a sausage from Bunnings on the weekend, and these BBQs are a huge opportunity for schools and community groups to raise funds.

Our BBQ will run from 9-4pm on the day with bump in commencing at 7.30am and bump out completed by 5pm. We have organised shifts of 2 hour blocks, with 4 volunteers required for each shift.

To make this day successful, we need our community to please volunteer your time to help. Traditionally, this day has been run by our beloved STJ Dads and we would love to see them once again get involved and help out. We are also this year opening the roster up to everyone (Dads, Mums etc) to ensure that we can get enough people to help.

We need  20 volunteers in total. If we have 3 per year level we will have everyone we need!

Can we please ask you to sign your name and contact details on the following doc. Please leave your name, phone number and contact email in the spaces provided for your chosen shift.

Thank you for helping our school to make this happen. Myself and my husband Daniel will be co-ordinating the BBQ and appreciate the support and assistance. More info will be forwarded to volunteers closer to the date.

Thank you

Kate Korber
