Happy Holidays to everyone! Another Term has flown by and we have had a lot of fun learning new skills and experimenting here in the Art Room. 

Grade 5 and 6 have almost finished their unit on Steampunk and have produced some wonderful work. 

Grade 3 and 4 have been experimenting with tinting. They have also begun a unit on paper sculpture and collage, and we look forward to showcasing their work after the holidays. 

Grade 1 and 2 created some unique colour wheel paintings and are looking forward to  exploring weaving early next term. 

Foundation have been practising their tinting and will present their frogs soon. Watch out for their gorgeous cupcakes too. 

Entries to the Zart Art student competition are now open. Please encourage your students to create an art work. The theme is Australia. Any response to anything Australian. 

If students bring their artwork after the holidays I'll send in the entries.
