Principal's Message

Mrs Josie Crisara
Welcome to Term 4
Welcome back to Term 4; it is a busy term full of events for current students and their families. I encourage you to come along and be part of those activities. It was great to have students involved with some of the Wellbeing activities this week. It is important to spend time considering the simple things you can do to look after yourself.
Year 12 Students
Year 12 returned in Term 4 for only a couple of weeks. They are completing trial exams this week and then have the final opportunity for class revision, advice and tutoring from their teachers before they commence their own personal study prior to their exams. Year 12 students formally finish on Tuesday 23 October with a final breakfast, chapel and parade.
2019 Student Leaders
It has been a real pleasure to interview prospective student leaders for 2019. The values and attributes of the students have made the decisions difficult. Announcements will be made at the next Brookhill Assembly with current leaders handing over to the new 2019 leaders.
Congratulations
Congratulations to Anyanka in Year 10 who was selected by Tennis Australia to attend a National Training Camp for Junior Wheelchair Tennis in the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra. She has an International Tennis Federation (ITF) Global Ranking (#25 in Junior Wheelchair Tennis Girls). Anya competed in the Canberra Open last holidays and intends to compete again in the upcoming NSW Open and 2018 Australian National Wheelchair Tennis Championship in November. We wish her well.
