Diocesan Touch
The following students represented the school at the Diocesan Touch Football Trials in Tamworth.
Sam Cross, Josh Bible, Olivia Fenton, Hannah Miller, Poppy Hall, Mia Lincoln, Oliver Martin, Cooper Morley, James Pearce and Tommy Schaefer.
Mr Lester said all students represented the school well and were unlucky not to make the diocesan squad.
Winter Trials
The Diocesan Winter Trials for Soccer (Boys and Girls), Hockey (Girls and Boys), Netball and Rugby League are in Tamworth on Friday 22nd March, 2019. As in past years, students from Year 6 are eligible to attend and where our quota of six students per sport is not filled students from Year 5 may fill the remaining spots. Students must already be playing the sport on a regular basis.
Diocesan Swimming
Congratulations to all students who attended the Diocesan Swimming Carnival in Moree. Many students swam personal bests and did well in their heats.
Isabella McKay and Aleesha Stuart have both been selected to attend the Polding Swimming Trials in Sydney on the 27th March. Due to her fantastic swims over the course of the day, Aleesha was also awarded Junior Girls Runner Up Champion.

Josh and Brienna received the newly engraved shield at last week's assembly on behalf of Merici.
