Student Sign-out process

Picking up Students from School Early

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to collect students from school before the formal end of day.  We'd like to remind families of the process that must be followed in these instances.

Please ensure that if you are collecting your child/ren from school early, that you provide your child with a note to give to the teacher to be allowed out of class.  Please meet your child at the front office to sign them out.

If another parent/family is collecting your child, we will require notification in writing to the school, by either email or a note.  If notification in writing cannot be provided, unfortunately your child will not be able to depart school until such time as this permission is received.

Requests for bus passes must also be received in writing.  Again, we cannot issue bus passes without the necessary written approval.
