Year 10 City Experience

City Experience for Year 9 and 10 students kicked off this week with the Year 10s touring around our fine city of Melbourne. Happily, the rain held off and the students were able to complete a number of tours such as visiting the Eureka Skydeck, completing an escape room at ACMI, touring the Shrine of Remembrance, lunching in Lygon Street, seeing the street art of Melbourne, and many others. 

The students enjoyed their experiences with some students reporting that they will be coming back to visit particular cafes and venues throughout the CBD. Others were inspired to create or work on hobbies that they learned about on their tours.

The staff on the tours reported that all the students were thoroughly engaged with the content and enjoyed learning in different environments all week.

We look forward to hosting the Year 9s for their city experience week next week.
