LIBRARY REPORT

DUKE OF EDINBURGH SERVICE STUDENTS

The library would like to thank the Duke of Edinburgh service students who have given service throughout the year. The students are: Neg Hamedani Zadeh, Amit Ben-Harim, Petar Glavinic, Will Hardy, James Hardy, Wilson Hu, Justin Tang and Hugo Veselik. As the service component of the Duke of Edinburgh award these students have worked in the library each week. As well as helping out the library the students have gained an understanding of how libraries work. The library would also like to acknowledge and thank Hugo Luangpraseuth for his voluntary work in the library.

HOLIDAY BORROWING

Please come early to get the best choices for your holiday reading. Holiday time is a time to catch up on books that you have been wanting to read. Books borrowed from now until the end of the year will be due back at start of school (28/29 January 2016).  Students are allowed to borrow between five and ten books. 

END OF YEAR WELL WISHES

At this time of the year the Library staff would like to extend the season’s greetings to the McKinnon community and wish everyone a safe and happy new year.

LOST A BOOK?

Don’t let a lost book stop your son or daughter from borrowing. If they have lost a book a replacement payment will need to be made. Should the book be found later this amount will be refunded.
