Building and Construction in Focus – Phase 1

Our students have been hard at work, showcasing their skills and creativity in various projects.

This semester our students have been focused on creating picnic tables specifically designed for children. These tables add a charming touch to outdoor spaces. With attention to detail and safety, our students have crafted sturdy and child-friendly picnic tables that will soon be enjoyed by young ones in local parks and playgrounds.

In addition, our students have taken on the task of fabricating new park bench moulds. Their woodworking skills have allowed them to contribute to the community by creating durable benches for public spaces. These benches will provide comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Furthermore, our students have been working diligently on completing mosaic themes that will adorn various structures on our College campus. Their artistic talents and meticulous craftsmanship are evident in the intricate designs and vibrant colours they have chosen.

Alongside their practical projects, our students have embraced eLearning using Socrative software. This platform has provided them with an engaging virtual classroom experience, promoting effective communication and assessment.
