2023 School Fee Statements

Dear families,

Term 2 School Fee Statements have been emailed out and a hard copy was also sent home with children on Tuesday 9th May.

The statements are sent out as a reminder and courtesy, even to those families paying via Direct Debit, so that families are aware of their current account balance.

Please advise the office staff if you have not received your statement or if there are any queries.

Camps, Sports & Excursions Funds (CSEF) - Reminder

Families who are holders of a Health Care Card (valid as at the 27th January 2023) or Pensioner Card, may be eligible for CSEF Funding for your child/children. 

Any families already eligible and receiving CSEF, please ensure to advise the office staff if any of your circumstances have changed since first application. 

Please see Cristina at the office for an application form.

Applications close soon, therefore completed applications are required to be returned to the office as a matter urgency. 

Please ensure to bring your card to the office for a photocopy to be taken.

ENROLMENT NEWS - YEAR 6 FAMILIES

PRESTON HIGH SCHOOL

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Preston High School, please email Mark at mtierney@shpreston.catholic.edu.au for an enrolment form early next week, or see him for a hard copy.

Times for 2023

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

3.20pm - School finish time 

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the Audiri App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under 'Forms' button under the 'Resources' tab.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to their teacher and the office.

Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies

As we near the end of the school year, a friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plans for 2023, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.

This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
