Visiting Author - Mandy Foot

Mandy Foot came to visit our school in Week 8. She showed us her book Bev and Kev and taught us how to draw an elephant's back side in steps. She also showed us her scrapbook with some of the drawings in Bev and Kev.

After the class session, eight year 4s had the opportunity to stay back with her and she showed us a mythical creature called a hagon, a horse mixed with a dragon. She also taught us some art skills and tricks. We thought it was a fun experience. We are going to teach the other year 4s how to draw a hagon.
