Ensuring Safety and Preparedness at OSHC

We know that we sit alongside our parents as we are there when they can’t be. Therefore, safe care is the most important pillar in what we do every day. To ensure that we are fully prepared and equipped to give care to the kids, especially to those who have medically diagnosed condition or allergy. We will require our parents to submit fully completed medical forms or if you have submitted the forms previously, you will need to have it updated if there are changes with your child’s condition or medication.

Co-ordinator Update at SJV

I am writing to provide you with an update on a change of Coordinator at your Camp Australia OSHC Program at St John Vianney’s Catholic Primary – Mulgrave. Tori has stepped down from her role as Coordinator of the program. We sincerely thank her for all her hard work over the many years she has been at the program and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours.

We are excited to announce that Archana will be the new Coordinator of the OSHC program from the beginning of Term 4, 2018.  Archana has worked for Camp Australia since 2014 and has completed her Diploma of Children’s Services. She has been working at the program for just over a year as the assistant and Emergency Coordinator. Archana is very motivated and passionate about working with children and will continue to be supported by myself and the entire Camp Australia Team and St John Vianney’s Staff during the transition to her new role.

For further information regarding the program or to discuss any specific requirements, please contact Archana during OSHC Service Hours on 0423 793 662.
