Region Athletics

Well done to our 11 students who competed at the Monash Waverley Divsional Athletics last Thursday. They all performed at their best and for some of them, it was their personal best. Three of our talented students are progressing to the next level of athletics, the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Athletics this Thursday. We are so excited to have students so successful at Athletics this year and we wish Thomas, Charlotte and Michael all the very best in their shot put, hurdles and long jump events.

Sports Day

Our annual Prep - 6 School Sports Day will be held at Central Reserve on Friday 2 November, with our backup date (in case of inclement weather) being the 16th of November. Last year parents were surveyed on the time of the carnival. The clear consensus was that the carnival be held during the day  so this year we have changed the time of our sports day to 10am - 3pm. Parents will need to drive their children to and from the event. We still need many more helpers  to assist with carnival jobs.  You will require a current Working With Children Check.

Thank you to the parents who have replied as a volunteer. If you would still like to help at the event, please call Mrs Khoo as soon as possible. I will advise all helpers of their jobs next week .
