Wow, what a day Saturday was! We were so lucky that the weather changed its mind, the sun shone and the rain stayed away.
On behalf of the fair committee and the school, we would like to say a HUGE thank you to everybody who helped with the fair. Whether you volunteered 2 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, if you were a sponsor, baked some cakes or provided a service, THE FAIR COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT YOU.
Thank you to everybody who made the decision to come along on Saturday and for bringing your friends and extended families to enjoy the day.
We are very excited to share that you all contributed to raising over $21,000 for our school! This figure far exceeds our expectations and we are pleased to be able to put the funds towards installing shade sales to provide sun protection for our students, line/activity markings on our asphalt for creative play, and a long term goal of a permanent structure covering our netball court, all of which will benefit the current and future students of the school.
