Prep Family Friday

We are delighted to share our Prep MAKING MOMENTS MATTER project called Family Friday.  Each Friday from 8:45 - 9:15 am, prep parents are invited to come along and share in some learning activities with the children. This term our focus is READ WITH ME. Children and parents spend special time together to read beautiful picture story books. Students modelling their learning (answering oral language questions) allows them to reinforce what they are doing and it also allows parents to learn some ideas on support their child’s learning in the home.

Younger siblings are welcome to attend our Family Fridays. We will have our Friday sessions running up until Week 9, Friday the 5th of April. We understand that parents may not be able to attend all these sessions so we also extend this invitation to a grandparent or significant person known to the child.
