Learning in 2019: Course selection

The first weeks of Term 3 are all about students actively engaging with and exploring their options for learning in 2019. Last year tutors worked closely with students to support their decision making, goal-setting and selection process for Year 9-12 courses. This was a very positive experience for both tutors and families, and we look forward to partnering again this year.

As well as the exploration that students will do with their tutors and class teachers, we run a number of Course Information sessions and expos for students and families. During week one we ran information sessions for 2019's Senior Years students. This week and next weeks sessions will provide information about the Northcote Model for Years 9 and 10 in 2019. Further details will be sent home with your child and via Compass Newsfeed. There are multiple sessions of each event: please ensure that you book to assist us our planning and management on the night.
