Knox Youth Events Crew

Are you creative, enthusiastic and interested in being part of something in your community?

Knox Youth Events Crew is looking for enthusiastic young people to plan, create, run activities and events at the Knox Festival, Stringybark Festival, #summerinknox and Green Foot Flicks Youth Film Festival (see flyer below). The group is open to young people aged 12-25 years who live, work, study or have a connection to the City of Knox. The meetings are held on a Tuesday from 4:30-6:30pm at Youth Information Centre, 2 Capital City Boulevard, Knox Ozone, Wantirna South. Food is provided!

Film Club

Film club is aimed at Young People 10-16 years who want to develop skills and collaborate with other young film makers in Knox. Film Club will meet weekly on Thursdays starting 24th August from 4-6pm at Coonara Community House, and participants will explore film making, practice skills and share ideas in a safe and supportive environment with a view to creating a short film.

The Knox Supercare Pharmacy

Pharmacy@Knox at Westfield Shopping Centre.

The Initiative is a new primary health service providing government funds to pharmacies to remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a nursing service available from 6pm - 10pm daily to assess and treat minor injury and illness. If GP services are required families would be referred on.
