School Council Elections

A notice has been sent out earlier this week calling for nominations for School Council elections. We have 4 parent member vacancies and 2 DET vacancies (staff members).  Nomination forms are available at the office for anyone who would like to nominate someone for the election or to self-nominate.

Participating in School Council is a fantastic way to contribute to the school. School Council is responsible for ensuring effective governance of the school, development and adherence to policies and contributing to ongoing school improvement.

Parent-Teacher Interviews

Parent-Teacher interviews will be conducted during the final week of this term. This is part of our new feedback schedule that spreads parent feedback over the course of the year. This includes interviews in Terms 1 and 3 and Semester Reports in Terms 2 and 4.

Further details about the date, time and booking will be sent out via COMPASS next week.

Taylah's charitable act

We are very proud of student Taylah (4S) who was so moved by the plight of those communities affected by bushfires that she spent her weekend baking and then selling Rocky Road and Strawberry Syrup. Taylah sold them from a stall outside her house and together with some of her and her sister Emersyn's own pocket money - donated $30 towards our Bushfire Fundraiser. We are very proud of you girls, you have shown us what it means to be kind.
