Wednesday – Years 10, 11 and 12
Thursday – Year 8 and 9
To prepare and develop our students’ fitness and skills, all students from Year 8 – 12 have training sessions on a Monday afternoon.

Years 10, 11 and 12 – 4.00pm – 5.00pm
These sessions are compulsory for all students and both sessions count as a Period 6 commitment.
They occur on Mondays prior to a competition. This a minimum commitment and it is expected that ALL Years 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 students attend.
