UniMelb | Focus on Law

June 5, 2023

Law is an exciting and challenging discipline and leads to a wide range of career opportunities across many industries and sectors.

At Melbourne, a career in law begins with an undergraduate degree in any discipline. You can choose to take law breadth subjects from your first year, which will equip you with a variety of transferable skills that are valued by all employers.

You’ll then continue your studies at graduate level, with the Melbourne Juris Doctor (JD), a graduate law degree that has set a benchmark for legal education in Australia. Graduating with an undergraduate and graduate degree will give you a higher level of qualification than a traditional double degree.

Join us for this insightful evening to learn more about the possibilities of a career in law. A panel of current students will also showcase a moot court and answer any questions you have about studying at Melbourne.
