Reminder - Year 7 Vaccinations

To all year 7 parents,

A reminder year 7 students will be receiving their vaccinations on the 27th February.

Please send in the consent card signed if you wish your child to be vaccinated.

Please contact the Health Centre if your child will be getting the vaccinations at their Doctors or you have decided not to vaccinate your child.

The boys will be vaccinated first, approx. 09:30am  followed by the girls  approx. 11:00am.

Ensure your child has a decent breakfast that morning and has some morning tea.

Please notify the Health Centre if your child has a phobia of needles or prone to fainting.

Your child will receive a card from the Community Nurses, with the vaccination given and batch number. Please keep this for your records.
